Man killed in I-29 crash at North Dakota-South Dakota state line

HANKINSON, N.D.–The North Dakota Highway Patrol has released the name of a Fargo man who died after crashing the minivan he was driving on I-29 near the North Dakota-South Dakota border Friday morning.
The crash happened at Exit 1 near Dakota Magic Casino
The Highway Patrol says 59 year-old Terry Peirson was headed north when he left the interstate, went into the ditch, hit a road-closed barricade and then struck supports for a highway sign. He died at the scene.
