Man dead, two injured in shooting in Sioux Falls restaurant parking lot

SIOUX FALLS, S.D.–Sioux Falls Police are asking for the public’s help in their investigation of a fatal shooting in the parking lot of Gilberto’s Restaurant early Sunday morning.
Officer Sam Clemens says a 37-year-old man from Sioux Falls died after he arrived at a Sioux Falls hospital.
Two other men, ages 26 and 29, also from Sioux Falls, were wounded, one in the leg and the other in the arm.
Clemens says there were over 40 people in the parking lot in the 700 block of South Minnesota Avenue about 2:40 a.m. Sunday.
