WATERTOWN, S.D.–The race for Watertown mayor added another name this week when City Council President Adam Lalim announced his candidacy.

Lalim says one campaign platform you’ll hear him talk about frequently between now and election day is the importance of a long-term vision for Watertown, not  looking just at short-term issues for the city, but projecting out ten years or more..

When it comes to spending taxpayer money, Lalim knows, from his time on the council, you treat any spending decisions carefully…

Lalim is running against first term Mayor Sarah Caron and former assistant city engineer Colin Paulson.

Election Day is June 15th.
