Jenkins Living Center receives prestigious award for customer satisfaction

WATERTOWN, S.D.–Jenkins Living Center & Rehab in Watertown has received the 2024 Customer Experience Award from Pinnacle Quality Insight, a customer satisfaction measurement firm with an extensive 26-year history in senior care and senior living.
They conduct over 150,000 phone surveys annually.
The award Jenkins recived recognizes outstanding performance in safety and security, dignity and respect, quality of food, dining service, and overall satisfaction.
