HSTENNIS: Arrows have successful day at Aberdeen

ABERDEEN, S.D. (GoWatertown.net) — Watertown Arrow boys tennis would come away with two wins at Aberdeen on Tuesday.

The purple and gold would end in a 3-3 tie against Aberdeen Central. Jadon Lindner (10-4) and Zanrdar Binde (10-5) came away with singles victories while the team of Linder/Binde (10-2) saw doubles success. Singles flight one and two and doubles flight one were not held due to injury and sickness.

Watertown would defeat Aberdeen Roncalli in match two of the day 7-1. Curtis Sneden (6-1, 6-2), Evan Meester (6-0, 7-5), Lindner (6-2, 6-1) and Binde (6-0, 6-1) would come away with the W in singles while the teams of Paul Vocu/Sneden (6-0, 6-3), Meester/Justin Remmers (6-0, 7-5) and Linder/Binde (6-0, 6-3) saw doubles wins.  Flight one singles was not held.

Watertown boys tennis (10-4) will face Sioux Falls Jefferson on May 5th.
