PIERRE, S.D.–More testimony at the South Dakota Capitol on Wednesday as a committee considers whether to pursue impeachment of Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg, who struck and killed a pedestrian with his car nearly 18 months ago.

The House Select Committee on Investigation heard from North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation Special Agent Joe Arenz.

Arenz told them he confronted Ravnsborg during a second interview about data pulled from Ravnsborg’s cell phone that he should have seen Joe Boever’s body…

The 55 year-old Boever died when Ravnsborg’s vehicle drifted onto the shoulder of Highway 14 just outside Highmore, striking Boever while he was walking.
