Health officials continue to urge people to get their COVID shot

PIERRE, S.D. (WNAX) — Covid-19 vaccinations are widely available in South Dakota but the pace of those getting shots has slowed down.
State Health Department Secretary Kim Malsam-Rysdon says a majority of the state eligible population has gotten at least one shot:

Just over fifty-one percent of the state’s eligible population has completed the two-shot series. State health officials are still hoping to get that number to seventy percent later this
