WATERTOWN, S.D.–You’ll likely hear more in the weeks to come on rules and regulations for legalizing golf carts for use on city streets in Watertown.
City Manager Amanda Mack gave the council an update at last night’s meeting….
And the lease for Watertown’s new North American Hockey League (NAHL) team to play their home games at Prairie Lakes Ice Arena is now in place….
The Shamrocks will begin play later this year in the NAHL’s Central Division.
Also at Monday night’s meeting, the council approved a $1.44 million bid from Duininck Incorporated to do the 12th Avenue Northwest reconstruction project, and a $112,000 bid to Timmons Construction for an alley improvement project in the downtown area.
