WATERTOWN, S.D.–Another candidate forum was held in Watertown last night, this one featuring House and Senate candidates from District 4.
There are four Republican candidates runing for two seats in the House.
Kent Roe is a lifelong South Dakotan who lives in Hamlin County. He talked about what he’s hearing from voters on the campaign trail….
