Fire units extinguish pickup blaze behind Watertown City Hall

WATERTOWN, S.D.–Watertown Fire Rescue responded to a downtown vehicle fire Wednesday afternoon, a little before four p.m.
The fire was located in the alley behind City Hall.
Upon arrival, they found a pickup on fire.
The driver was already out of the vehicle, and crews were able to extinguish the fire within a few minutes.
There were no injuries reported.
The cause of the fire was determined to be accidental, and started in the cab of the pickup.
Crews were on scene for about 30 minutes.
