WATERTOWN, S.D.–ESCO Manufacturing and Stein Sign of Watertown have been named the “Family Owned Small Business of the Year” by the U.S. Small Business Administration’s South Dakota office.
ESCO and Stein Sign employ 120 people and take great pride in their family-owned legacy.
South Dakota has over 90,000 small businesses, which means winning an award on a statewide level is a true testament to the passion and commitment the employees have poured into the company.
South Dakota has the highest percentage of family-owned businesses in the nation, making the state a centerpiece for entrepeneurs.
