BROOKINGS, S.D.–This is the time of year folks who watch the weather for a living are keeping an eye out for signs of an early frost.
In the Watertown area, that typically happens in late September, but that might not be the case this year.

The normal high and low temperature for Watertown are now 72 and 49.
