CSB: Jacks open three game series at North Dakota State Saturday

BROOKINGS, S.D. (GoWatertown.net) — South Dakota State softball will head up to Fargo this weekend for a three-game series at North Dakota State.

The Jacks are coming off a series sweep of Kansas City where SDSU allowed only two runs all of last weekend. Coach Krista Wood:

State sits atop of the Summit League standings heading into the weekend but not far behind in fourth place are the Bison. SDSU swept NDSU in Summit League series play last season. Coach Wood remembers last year’s series were multiple pitchers duals:

The three-game series begins with a doubleheader at noon and 2 p.m. Saturday and wraps at 11 a.m. Sunday from Tharaldson Park.
