Counties struggling with rising costs of road and bridge maintenance

PIERRE, S.D. (WNAX) — South Dakota legislators are hearing from townships and counties about the rapidly rising costs of fixing and maintaining roads and bridges.
Representative Caleb Finck of Tripp says counties are dealing with increasing financial pressures.
