Burglars vandalize Deubrook school greenhouse

WHITE, S.D.–The Brookings County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a burglary at the Deubrook school greenhouse in White.
It happened this past weekend, sometime between 3:30 Friday afternoon and 8:30 Monday morning.
Assistant Sheriff Scott Sebring says someone entered the greenhouse through an unlocked front door, and destroyed nearly all the plants and pots inside.
Damage is estimated at $1,000.
