WST: Kingsbury Country places nine, Clark/Willow Lake eight at Lake Central/Big East Conference Tournament

CLARK, S.D. (GoWatertown.net) — Kingsbury County had nine place winners at the Lake Central/Big East Conference Tournament Friday night at Clark.

Dylan Zell would be the lone first-place winner for the Knights in the 126-pound category. As a team, Kingsbury County would score a 105, good for fourth place.

The host Clark/Willow Lake placed eight wrestlers and tallied a score of 90 for a fifth-place finish. Gunnar Kvistad would take home first place in the 120-pound and Gage Burke would also place first in the 182.

Sixth place as a team would go to Deuel with a team score of 32. Hamlin/Castlewood would round up the scoring with a 22, taking home seventh place. Michael Stevenson would take home first place in the 195 for Hamlin/Castlewood.
