Woman who died in crash with Rapid City police vehicle identified

RAPID CITY, S.D.–Authorities have released the name of the person killed after a car collided with a Rapid City Police Department vehicle early Sunday morning.
Twenty seven year-old Lexi Hagen of Rapid City died in the crash.
She was a passenger in a Volkswagon Jetta that was driving at a high rate of speed with its headlights off.
The crash was reported around 12:30 a.m. Sunday near Haines Avenue and Patton Street in Rapid City.
The driver of the Jetta and the Rapid City police officer both sustained minor injuries.
