WATERTOWN, S.D.–Virtually every part of South Dakota could use rain as we head into late June, and it looks like there’s at least a chance we could see some.

It’s not only dry–but hot too. Some areas of the state will see triple-digit highs today, but Mohr says after today, we’ll cool down just a little bit…

Watertown’s precipitation deficit for the year has grown to more than three inches below normal, and rainfall this month has been almost non-existent.
