Aberdeen, S.D.–There’s more weather to talk about as we begin the new week.
A Winter Storm Warning is in effect for Marshall, Roberts and Grant counties in northeast South Dakota until noon today, and a Winter Weather Advisory is posted for Codington and adjacent counties until noon.
Forecasters say up to two inches of additional snow is possible, along with winds gusting to 35 miles per hour, which could create patchy blowing snow.
Higher snow amounts are possible in higher elevations of the coteau just west of Sisseton.
The National Weather Service says more snow will move in early Tuesday and last through Wednesday. Winds are expected to be breezy but blowing snow potential and impacts will be limited.
