Winter weather will impact South Dakota this week (Audio)

ABERDEEN, S.D.–Two winter storms are keeping forecasters in the Dakotas and Minnesota busy this week.

 

The first will move in tomorrow, and that will mostly impact areas south of Watertown…

 

 

That storm could bring six to 10 inches of snow to places like Yankton and Vermillion. Sioux Falls is expecting 5 to 9 inches, and there are Winter Storm Warnings out for those areas.

 

A second storm system will move into the region on Thanksgiving Day….

 

 

Doering is not prepared to talk about any snow accumulations with that second storm system quite yet…
