Winners announced in Watertown Boys and Girls Club 14th annual raffle drawing (Audio)

WATERTOWN, S.D.–The winners of the 14th annual, “Support a Child and Win Something Wild” raffle drawing were announced Tuesday night.

Three winners were chosen from among the 1,050 tickets sold for the raffle.

The winners were Cammie Mengwasser of Watertown, who was the “golden ticket” winner worth $1,000 cash.

Jan Newman of Watertown won the four piece Whirlpool stainless steel kitchen appliance set.

Lefty Decker of Frankfort, South Dakota was the grand prize winner of the Ford Ranger XLT pickup truck.

Tuesday night’s drawings were held in conjunction with the club’s 50th anniversary. Executive Director Liz Christianson says the Watertown Boys and Girls Club has changed a lot over 50 years, starting with its location…..

The winning names were drawn by longtime Boys and Girls Club board member Courtney Livingston, with the help of raffle guru Kelly Jaderborg.
