PIERRE, S.D.—South Dakota Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg has launched a new “missing persons” tab on his office’s website.

It features information, and in some cases photos, of South Dakotans who’ve been missing for years or even decades.

One of them is Pamela Dunn of Watertown (pictured). She was 38 years old when she went missing on December 9, 2001. Circumstances surrounding her disappearance indicate foul play is possible.

Another missing person featured on the website is Andrew Jon Lufkins of Sisseton. He’s been missing since April 7, 2010.

Lufkins was last seen at the American Legion in Sisseton, where he’d gotten into a fight. Foul play is suspected in his disappearance.
