WATERTOWN, S.D.–South Dakota will be getting more snow tonight and Friday, but it looks like there will be a distinct cutoff between areas that get just a few inches, and other places that could get a foot or more.

Kari Fleegel is with the National Weather Service office in Aberdeeen. She tells KWAT News the heaviest snow is expected to fall along and south of Interstate 90….

There will be enough snow to impact travel, which would normally be heavy on the next-to-last weekend before Christmas…

Fleegel says the snow will push out by Friday night, and the rest of the weekend looks quiet.
