Waubay Fire Department battles Monday morning business fire

WAUBAY, S.D.–Fire has destroyed a business building in Waubay.
Lakeview Auto owner Scott Larsen tells KWAT News the building that housed his business is, “totally destroyed.” He says three vehicles and six motorcycles were lost in the fire.
Lakeview Auto is located along U.S. Highway 12 in Waubay.
Fire departments from Waubay and Webster were dispatched to the fire early this (Monday) morning.
Waubay Fire Chief Adam Jorgenson could not be reached for comment.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
