WATERTOWN, S.D.–The Watertown Chamber of Commerce is hosting the annual New Teachers Luncheon today for new staff members hired by the Watertown School District.
Superintendent Jeff Danielsen says they have a lot of new additions this year…
Danielsen says most of the teaching openings in Watertown have been filled, but for districts looking for teachers, it’s a tough task…
He says the hiring process goes right up to…or even into…the start of a new school year…
Watertown’s 180 day school calendar begins next Thursday, August 25th, with the first day of classes.
