WATERTOWN, S.D.–Watertown Regional Library will become a place where you can check out bikes in addition to books.
The Watertown Area Community Foundation recently awarded the library a grant to purchase four bikes, bike helmets, a bike rack and bike locks.
Library Director DeeDee Whitman talked with KWAT News about their expanding line of services…
How long will someone be able to check out a bike for??
She says libraries locally, and nationally, are expanding beyond just books…
Whitman hopes to have the bikes available for check out sometime this spring.
