WATERTOWN, S.D.–The airline industry is bouncing back from the COVID-19 pandemic, and that’s reflected in traffic at Watertown Regional Airport (ATY).
Manager Todd Syhre says there were 1,606 passenger boardings in June.
It continues a steady climb in traffic.
There were 648 enplanements in May, 680 in April, and 1,048 in May.
Watertown is currently served by two commercial airlines–Key Lime Airlines, flying as Denver Air Connection, and SkyWest Airlines, flying under the United Express banner.
Both airlines provide non-stop jet service to Denver and Chicago.
