Watertown Regional Airport saw nearly 1,500 passenger boardings in May

WATERTOWN, S.D.–May was the busiest month so far this year at Watertown Regional Airport.
Preliminary numbers show just under 1,500 passengers boarded Denver Air connection flights in May.
Interim Airport Manager Rich Maag says 903 passengers flew to Denver last month, and another 590 to Chicago O’Hare, for a total of 1,493 boardings for the month.
Year to date, more than 6,100 passengers have flown out of Watertown.
