WATERTOWN, S.D.–The Watertown Police Department is adding three new officers in 2021 thanks to a Federal Cops Grant.
With more officers joining the force, more help is needed to train them.
On Monday night, the city council approved a memoradum of understanding between the city and the P-D to add an additional police training officer next year.
