Watertown police arrest two juveniles following foot chase

WATERTOWN, S.D.–Two juveniles face charges following a foot pursuit by police on Friday morning.
The investigation began just before 7 a.m., when police took a report of a car that had been stolen from southeast Watertown.
Two hours later, an officer spotted the vehicle traveling in southwest Watertown. The officer attempted to stop the vehicle, and after a short distance, the vehicle stopped after hitting another vehicle in a driveway.
Both occupants fled and were arrested following a foot chase.
Both are 17 years old. Charges include Possessing a Stolen Vehicle, Underage Possession of Alcohol, Eluding, Driving Without a Valid License, Theft of a Motor Vehicle, and DUI.
