WATERTOWN, S.D.–The Watertown City Council at their meeting Monday night approved a sidewalk business promotion.
Mayor Sarah Caron explained at a Tuesday press briefing how this promotion works…..
The mayor also announced that Thursday Night Live will return to downtown Watertown this summer with live entertainment.
The first one will be June 4th.
