Watertown man killed in Codington County crash identified

WATERTOWN, S.D.–The South Dakota Highway Patrol has identified a man who died in a single vehicle crash 10 miles southwest of Watertown.
Thirty three year-old Dell James Felstet was driving a Ford Escape westbound on 175th Street near 445th Avenue Saturday morning.
The vehicle left the roadway, rolled, and entered a slough, coming to rest on its roof in the slough west of the intersection.
Felstet was pronounced deceased at the scene.
