Watertown Fire Rescue called to tractor fire near Kranzburg

KRANZBURG, S.D.—Watertown Fire Rescue (WFR) was dispatched to a tractor fire over the noon hour Monday.

The fire was near the Codington-Deuel County line on 466th Avenue.

When fire crews arrived, they found a John Deere tractor fully engulfed in fire.

They were able to get the fire out before t spread to a feed wagon the tractor was pulling.

There were no injuries. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
