Watertown Fire Rescue called to fire behind Watertown Mall

WATERTOWN, S.D.–Watertown Fire Rescue was dispatched to a fire Wednesday night.
The call came in around 9:30 on a report of a dumpster fire behind the Watertown Mall at 1300 9th Avenue Southeast.
Fire crews arrived to find the dumpster fully involved.
Fire crews quickly extinguished the fire and damage was contained to the dumpster.
The cause is under investigation.
