WATERTOWN, S.D.–Parking spaces were among the topics of discussion at Monday night’s city council meeting in Watertown.
The council heard the first reading of an ordinance that would address time limited parking in city-owned parking lots.

Police Chief Tim Toomey was asked how the police department would enforce the time-limited parking…
Councilman Mike Danforth is in favor of time-limited parking in the city-owned lots. He explained what he sees happening right now…
Because if was just the first reading of the ordinance, no action was taken.
