WATERTOWN, S.D.–The Watertown City Council on Monday night approved a special event retail liquor license for two upcoming events at Crossings Plaza, which is the former Shopko property.
Brian Brandriet is redeveloping that property, and told the council about those upcoming events…
The special events license runs from April 8th thru April 23rd.
It was approved by the council unanimously.
