Watertown City Council approves scoreboard purchases for Prairie Lakes Ice Arena (Audio)

WATERTOWN, S.D.–The purchase of scoreboards for Watertown’s new Prairie Lakes Ice Arena were approved by the city council at Tuesday’s meeting.
The center-hung scoreboard and two end-of-rink scoreboards come at a pricetag of just over $400,000, which includes installation costs by Stein Sign Company.
Arena Manager Scott Gloe says they worked with Brookings-based Daktronics to sell five-year sponsorship agreements on the new scoreboards….
