WATERTOWN, S.D.–It was literally a life-changing moment for Watertown businessman Eric Meyer.

The insurance agency owner was critically injured in an automobile accident on Interstate 29 in Roberts County in February that has left him a quadriplegic and in a wheelchair.

After nearly ten months of grueling rehabilitation work at a hospital in Colorado, he feels lucky to be alive, and blessed to be back in Watertown to celebrate Christmas with his family.
