Watertown Area Chamber of Commerce announces 2020 and 2021 award winners

WATERTOWN, S.D.–The Watertown Chamber of Commerce held their annual awards program last night.

Because of COVID-19, the event was scrapped last year, so last night, awards for both 2020 and 2021 were handed out.

2020 award winners were Roseabella Boutique (Rookie Business of the Year), Reliabank (Family Business of the Year), Loren Diekman (Businessman of the Year), Missy Sinner (Businesswoman of the Year), Terex (Manufacturing Business of the Year), KWAT Radio (Ag Business of the Year), Country Road Barn (Chamber Business of the Year), Crestone Companies (Chairman’s Award) and Mike Hartshorn (Spirit of Watertown Award).

2021 award winners were AMJ Style (Rookie Business of the Year), Tower Systems (Family Business of the Year), Neal Tapio (Businessman of the Year), Mindy Wirkus (Businesswoman of the Year), Macksteel (Manufacturing Business of the Year), Running’s (Ag Business of the Year), County Fair Foods (Chamber Business of the Year), St. Martin’s Lutheran School (Chairman’s Award) and Josh Weyh (Spirit of Watertown Award).

More than 400 people attended last night’s program at the Watertown Event Center.
