VOLLEYBALL: Arrows wrap East/West Tournament with a Sat split

WATERTOWN, S.D. (GoWatertown.net) — Watertown would split their matches on the final day of the East/West Classic held at the Watertown Civic Arena.

Watertown would fall to Rapid City Stevens 2-1 in game one of the day.  Set scores 23-25, 25-22, 25-17.  On the attack, Emily Tisher and Kendall Paulson would each have six kills, Eve Hauger and Emma Koch each with three.  Defensively, Kendal Paulson had 10 digs, Maddie Rohde with seven, and Addi Johnston with seven.  Paulson and Karli Hanten each had two aces at the serving line.

Watertown would sweet Sturgis in straight sets in the final game of the day 2-0.  Set scores of 25-15, 25-14.  On the attack, Emily Tisher had nine kills, Eve Hauger and Emma Koch would tally five. Defensively, Kendal Paulson had eight digs and Maddie Rohde with six.  Kate Luken would have four aces at the serving line.
