UPDATE: Sioux Falls police identify victim of stabbing death

SIOUX FALLS, S.D.–It’s a new record the city of Sioux Falls is NOT proud of.
Over the weekend, the 14th homicide of the year was recorded there–which is an all-time high in any given year.
Investigation Commander Capitan Mike Colwill says it started in a parking lot on South Duluth Avenue early Saturday morning where 25 year-old Aidan Quickbear was stabbed.
He was driven to a hospital by a private party, but did not survive.
Captain Colwill says he expecdts an arrest within a few days, when results return from the State Crime Lab.
