UPDATE: Second arrest made in Sioux Falls homicide

SIOUX FALLS, S.D.–Sioux Falls police say a second man has been arrested in connection with an August homicide in the city.
Twenty eight year-old Lamont Burks Junior was arrested Tuesday afternoon in South Carolina.
Burks and Walter Stewart each face First Degree Murder charges in the August shooting death of 29 year-old Josh Allen at Dunham Park in Sioux Falls.
