UPDATE: Reward now being offered for cattle shot in Brookings County pasture

BROOKINGS, S.D.–An update on a story we brought you earlier this month.

The owner of several cattle that were shot in a pasture in rural Brookings County is now offering a $1,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of those responsible.

Three Charolais cows and one calf were shot on August 3rd or 4th near 207th Street and 467th Avenue, north of Brookings.

Two of the three cows and the calf were killed.
