UPDATE: Multiple outside agencies involved in crash investigation of South Dakota’s attorney general (Audio)

PIERRE, S.D.–The investigation into South Dakota Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg (pictured), who hit and killed a pedestrian on U.S. Highway 14 west of Highmore  Saturday night continues.

Department of Public Safety Secretary Craig Price answered questions at a news conference and says multiple agencies are involved……

Price says they will release more information as they can…..

Price says he doesn’t know how long the investigation will take…..

Ravnsborg was on his way back to Pierre from a Lincoln Day dinner in Redfield when he hit and killed 55-year-old Joe Boever.

His body was found in the ditch Sunday morning when Ravnsborg and his Chief of Staff returned a car to Highmore.
