UPDATE: Man killed in Milbank area collision with semi is identified

MILBANK, S.D. — A Sioux Falls man has been identified as the person killed in a two-vehicle crash Friday afternoon three miles east of Milbank.
Twenty eight year-old Matthew Blehr was driving a Volkswagen Jetta that ran a stop sign at the intersection of 482nd Avenue and 149th Street. He collided with a semi at the intersection.
Blehr was dead at the scene.
The semi driver, 58 year-old Teresa Virchow of Lake Preston, sustained life-threatening injuries and was airlifted to a Sioux Falls hospital.
