UPDATE: Man killed in Interstate 29 crash identified

SIOUX FALLS, S.D.–The South Dakota Highway Patrol has identified a man killed on New Year’s Eve in a two vehicle crash on Interstate 29.

Thirty year-old Joshua Windsor of Sioux Falls was driving an SUV northbound on Interstate 29, five miles north of Sioux Falls, when the vehicle left the road, went thru the median, and struck a southbound pickup driven by 30 year-old Justin Sebert of Brookings.

Windsor was dead at the scene.

Sebert refused medical treatment.

Both men were wearing seat belts.
