UPDATE: Highway Patrol identifies South Dakota man killed in UTV crash

DALLAS, S.D.—A Dallas, South Dakota man has been identified as the person killed in a two vehicle accident in that city last weekend.
Sixty three year-old Sam Hoffart was killed when the John Deer Gator Utility Terrain Vehicle he was driving was rear-ended by a sport utility vehicle.
Hoffart was thrown from the UTV and died at the scene.
The SUV was driven by a 54 year-old Gregory man who was not injured, but is facing charges.
