UPDATE: Highway Patrol identifies man killed in rollover south of Groton

GROTON, S.D.–The South Dakota Highway Patrol has released the name of a Mitchell man killed in a rollover crash south of Groton last week.

Forty five year-old Dustin Alstadt was northbound on Highway 37 ten miles south of Groton when the Jeep Compass he was driving left the highway, went into the west ditch, and rolled.

Alstadt was alone in the vehicle and died at the scene. He was not wearing a seat belt.

The crash was reported at 7:26 a.m. Friday.
