UPDATE: Highway Patrol identifies man killed in Brookings County crash

BROOKINGS, S.D.–The South Dakota Highway Patrol has released the name of a man killed Sunday night in a rollover crash in Brookings County.
Sixty one year-old Jon Colburn of Box Elder was driving a vehicle that left a road two miles southwest of Sinai, went into the ditch and rolled multiple times.
Colburn was not wearing a seat belt and was dead at the scene.
