Two vehicle crash in Watertown sends one driver to hospital

WATERTOWN, S.D.–A traffic crash in Watertown sent one person to the hospital Wednesday, and caused heavy damage to the two vehicles involved.
A Jeep Cherokee driven by Judy Curley of Watertown collided with a Buick Rendezvous driven by Nashaya Hughes of Watertown.
It happened at the intersection of 4th Street Northeast and 3rd Avenue.
Hughes was taken to Prairie Lakes Hospital with minor injuries, and was cited for failing to yield.
Both vehicles were towed from the scene, sustaining a combined $25,000 damage.
